The park will satisfy the requirements of production, business and commercial trade etc. Some workshops for leasing: monolayer workshop, 3370 square meters each, and the price is 1.0 RMB yuan per square meter per day; double-layer workshop, 3400 square meters each, and the price is 0.78 RMB yuan per square meter per day.
Supporting infrastructures of the park are perfect. The park is tidy and reasonably planned, with all pipelines into tubes and buried underground. The interal roads are constructed with harden concrete, suitable for large container vehicles. Three 1250kVA power supply substations were built within the park, ensuring adequate electricity supply for each workshop. 600 programe-controlled telephones and fiber-optic broadband network are connected to the industrial park. Green plants are planted around each workshop and in massive areas, covering upto 30% of the whole industrial park. For security services, technical and manpower measures are adopted, and independent security company is hired to ensure the park security.
